There are a few vendors who we know provide quality service and have excellent team members from experience. We share our preferred vendors with all our clients, and we do not receive any kind of compensation from any vendors we refer you to. In fact, vendors who do offer us compensation for referrals, we ask that the vendor apply it as a discount to our clients.

It’s important for us to be familiar with your floor plan, even if t’s a venue we’ve been to a million times. We take time to do a walk through with you to ensure the floor plan is conducive to your activities and sequence of events.

One of our experienced team members will facilitate your wedding rehearsal so your wedding party is ready for showtime!

All the information you, your wedding party, and your vendors need to know about your wedding. Includes vendor contact info, itineraries, ceremony details, wedding songs, and more!

One team member will be at the venue the duration of your venue access, and a second team member arrives closer to the ceremony start time.

Most venues give access to clients some timeframe between 8AM and midnight. As a standard, we have a team member on-site the duration of your access to the venue within those hours. We can be available to arrive earlier or stay later for an additional charge.

In addition to the final walk through of the venue close to the wedding date, we include an additional visit for any reason necessary. If you have not yet selected a venue, we will help you find the one! We attend your first venue tour with you so you can see and hear what we ask, view, and request. After that, you’ll be a professional venue tourist!

We will streamline all communication with your vendors once you have a contract secured with them to provide logistical support early on.

In every pre-wedding meeting, we review expenses and make recommendations for reallocation or other change.

We initiate conversations with vendors at the point of interest through the wedding day, and follow up after the wedding day, if needed.

We review all contracts before you sign them to ensure you are receiving everything you need. If we believe something should be negotiated in your contract, we discuss those with the vendor on your behalf.

With the Full Wedding Package, we are constantly tracking and updating your budget sheet. We discuss budget at every pre-wedding meeting.

You purchase your flowers from our preferred vendor (at a discounted rate) or another florist of your choosing, and we nurture and assemble them for your big day!
